As the year draws to a close, we proudly reflect on 2023, a year in which we have achieved remarkable projects together with our valued clients. We have celebrated milestones and shared moments of success with you.

Key topics such as the EU taxonomy, CRREM, and ESG took center stage, and we actively engaged with these new developments.

One of the highlights was reaching a record in the number of square meters made sustainable, with over 2.5 million on the tally, and a significant increase in WELL certification requests. Despite the challenging market conditions for real estate, our Transactional Services team was involved in approximately 1,000,000 m2 of transactions, including Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring. We are, of course, proud to have achieved this growth together with our loyal and expanding base of clients.

Over the past year, our team has not only experienced impressive growth, but we have also focused on internal improvements and personal development. Additionally, we encouraged our staff to embrace an active lifestyle through various sporting activities and gym memberships.

Behind the scenes, we are working diligently on new developments to optimize our processes. We look forward to sharing the results of these efforts with you in the coming period.
