HVMB is developing a new logistics building on the Borchwerf industrial estate in Roosendaal, with an industrial hall measuring around 16,500 m2 GFA and an office section, for which Fri-Jado has signed a lease.
Fri-Jado develops and manufactures equipment for preparing, storing and presenting fresh produce, as is often seen at supermarkets, butchers and petrol stations. The company also has branches in the United States and England.
The building is designed to accommodate manufacturing, assembly, storage and office use. This is in addition to the ambition to achieve a BREEAM-NL sustainability certificate Very Good***, among other things because the building is gasless and is heated and cooled with a heat pump. The distribution centre will be completed in early 2019.
Recently the design certificate Very Good*** has been obtained, through the BREEAM-NL New Building & Renovation scheme.
C2N has fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL Assessor.
