**Great news!** On Thursday, June 20th, the property management team of **WDP – Warehouses with brains** in the Netherlands received a **BREEAM certificate** from the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC). This is yet another milestone in our sustainability journey, which began with a successful pilot in 2022 and is now culminating in achieving an ambitious goal: by 2025, more than **75 percent** of our existing real estate portfolio will be certified for sustainability.
