What Does the New BRL Woningen 2023 Entail?

This Assessment Guideline is specifically designed for new construction, large-scale renovations, and expansions. The objective is clear: to further enhance the sustainability of real estate. This represents a significant step toward a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future.

One of the standout features of the BRL Woningen 2023 is that concept homes and model homes can now also be certified. This allows for early-stage decision-making for projects, with the added benefit of reusing the certification for future projects. This not only promotes efficiency but also ensures consistency in sustainability. Additionally, this BRL allows for the clustered certification of up to 500 homes, offering substantial flexibility and scalability.
