2 Amsterdam is a redevelopment project located in the Amsterdam Zuidas, where two outdated office buildings are given a new lease on life. The complex is being redeveloped by Provast, with the west tower housing a high-end hotel and the east tower offering office space. The redevelopment is a key step in modernizing the area, with the buildings connected by a continuous glass facade. This design emphasizes the unity between the two towers, despite their different functions.

In addition to repurposing the buildings, the ground floor is being transformed into a green corporate garden, and there will be space for a skybar and a pavilion with a top-tier restaurant, adding to the area’s diversity. The redevelopment aligns with the goal of making the Zuidas more human-scaled. The project also includes the creation of a new parking garage due to the construction of the ZuidasDok.

C2N is serving as the BREEAM-NL Assessor, closely involved in the sustainability process of the project and assisting in achieving the desired certification.
