The Acantus office building is located in Amsterdam between Bijlmer Station and Hogeschool voor Economie. It comprises a total of approximately 35,000 m² of office space, divided between ground floor and 17 floors. The property has around 600 parking spaces in the parking garage. The building is certified with a BREEAM In-Use Very Good certificate in 2022. C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM In-Use assessor in this project.
