During the renovation, all common areas and sanitary facilities were upgraded, and the office spaces were equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. All systems have been replaced with modern, gas-free solutions, resulting in more efficient energy use and an A++ energy label.

The building is being certified with BREEAM-NL In-Use and is expected to achieve an “Excellent” rating. C2N is acting as the BREEAM Expert during the renovation of this office complex.
