A new 20-hectare distribution center has been built at the Haven Acht business park in Waalwijk. The new construction started in early 2016. The building is expected to be officially opened in 2017.

With this, the company has focused on faster delivery, constant growth of assortment and room for innovation. According to BOL.com, this new distribution center will create about a thousand new jobs. Sustainable and energy-friendly building solutions have been used. These include water recycling and the use of renewable energy, energy efficiency and an optimal working environment.

The Bol. com distribution center was achieved with a BREEAM-NL score Outstanding. C2N fulfilled the role of Assessor during this project.
