This is a logistics development under construction with completion scheduled for March 2023.  The TDD was carried out by C2N in December 2021. The building is conceived as a circular development, with a focus on reusing the materials after the first life span. The building will obtain at least a BREEAM Very Good certificate. After the successful transaction, C2N carried out project monitoring on behalf of P3. This involves monitoring compliance with the contractual agreements on behalf of the buyer until the building is handed over to DIC. During the acquisition, C2N carried out the TDD. After the successful acquisition, C2N is responsible for Project Monitoring during the realisation and delivery of the project.
