The property is an existing industrial building with office functions that houses an international wholesale business for fruit and vegetables, as well as an industrial hall that is yet to be built. The total surface area of the existing object is 11,120 m2.

Commissioned by WDP Nederland, C2N has carried out a complete  TDD  on the existing building and the planned new building. The TDD concerned a complete investigation of all technical aspects of the object, i.e. buildings, building-related installations and the terrain.
