At the A1 Business Park in Deventer, HBC, a partnership between HVBM Vastgoed and Bruil Bouw Groep, has developed a modern and sustainable fresh distribution center for the supermarket chain PLUS.

HBC and PLUS share the ambition to develop a building that meets the highest and most up-to-date sustainability standards. The building and surrounding area have therefore been designed to be both circular and nature-inclusive. Additionally, the roof will be equipped with over 14,000 solar panels, generating more than 7 million kWh of solar energy annually. The new fresh distribution center covers approximately 77,000 m² of logistics space.

C2N served as the BREEAM Assessor for this project. The building was certified with a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ in April 2024.
