The distribution centre has a total gross surface area of approximately 31,000 m2. There are two distribution halls with a total of 193 docks. The building contains various functions such as storage, distribution, cross locks, customs areas, offices and a canteen.

Commissioned by WDP Nederland, C2N has carried out a full technical purchase inspection (TDD) – structural, structural, building installations and terrain. Subsequently, C2N carried out monitoring activities concerning the necessary repair of a number of parts in the terrain.
