Commissioned by Dok Vast B.V., Heembouw has realised a new sustainable distribution centre at the Vossenberg West II industrial site, named New Logic II. The distribution centre has 350 parking spaces. For the BREEAM certification process, a mixed-use function is applied due to the combination of industry and office. The building has now been leased to Tesla.

On  July 28th, 2015 the BREEAM Completion Certificate was obtained with the highest score for Outstanding (*****) in the Netherlands for logistics (91,18%).
