The Haagsche Zwaan is a characteristic multi-tenant office building, located directly along the Utrechtse Baan in The Hague. The building has 3 underground parking levels, 4 above-ground parking levels, a ground floor with reception, brasserie and a gym. The office section has 21 office storeys. The building offers a spectacular view where the building, measured from its base, leans forward 12m. The highest point, about 75m, hangs directly over the motorway. This image is underlined by the diagonal support elements incorporated in the predominantly transparent façade, constructed in steel and glass. The total lettable floor area is 18,560 m2.

Commissioned by Arcadis, C2N carried out a Technical Due Diligence focusing on architectural components, the main supporting structure, building-related installations and the site.
