The striking De Klanderij shopping centre in the centre of Enschede fulfils a regional function. The total floor area is approximately 23,000 m2 divided into 52 retail units, covered passages with a central food court and dispatch areas. Commissioned by TA Europe, C2N performed a complete TDD on the entire shopping centre, including the leased retail units.
