Commissioned by Union Investment, Heembouw has designed and realized a modern and sustainable distribution centre for Fource Logistics on the Oudeland industrial estate in Berkel en Rodenrijs.

Fource is the one-stop-shop for car companies. In addition to car materials, tools, oil, tyres and workshop supplies, Fource provides services such as training, technical data and marketing support. In the Netherlands, Fource did this from four different locations, and now from this central new distribution centre with offices of over 50,000 m2.

The distribution centre will be rated BREEAM Excellent. The roof will be fully equipped with solar panels, making the building completely self-sufficient in energy. C2N fulfils the role of BREEAM-NL Expert for this project.
