Heembouw has developed a new high-quality and sustainable distribution centre for Aviva on the Oudeland industrial estate in Berkel en Rodenrijs. DC Oudeland was designed by Heembouw Architects and consists of an industrial hall with a mezzanine on the 1st floor between the two offices on the frontage. The mezzanine is suitable for storage and office expansion. The distribution centre is also flexible in design, there are two identical offices on both sides of the building and there is a possibility to split the hall.

On 9 June 2021 the BREEAM-NL completion certificate has been obtained; C2N has fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL Expert for this project.
