The office complex Eurogate II was built in 2001. From 2012 to 2017 C2N was involved as project manager in the phased upgrading of the shell to modern tenant requirements, including measures necessary to achieve Energy Label A, and to be prepared for certification according to BREEAM in Use, level Very Good.

Part of the upgrading included the creation of a new 280-seat restaurant on the 13th floor for use by the tenants. The central entrance on the ground floor was also renewed.
