The building is a former bus depot built in the 1930s. After renovation in early 2000, it was put into use as a multifunctional building with office functions, business units and a residence. The total gross floor area is approximately 6,000 m2.
On behalf of Arcadis, C2N conducted a Technical Due Diligence on architectural and structural components of the building, as well as on the condition of the site.
