The new construction project Green Square Logistics IV includes a distribution center and is the second completed part of the large-scale development of Green Square, which aims to become the central area of Green Park Aalsmeer in the coming years. The plot covers an area of 19,000 m², with a total floor area of over 16,000 m².

The distribution center consists of a warehouse, a two-story mezzanine and an office section. On site, 106 parking spaces and 13 loading bays are available. There are also facilities for (electric) bicycles, as well as facilities for carpooling and electric car charging.

This delivery certificate has achieved a BREEAM-score of ‘Very Good’, with C2N fulfilling the role of BREEAM Assessor during this project.
