The new construction project Green Square Logistics IV concerns a distribution centre and is the second completed subproject within the large-scale development of Green Square. This development aims to become the central area of Green Park Aalsmeer in the coming years. The plot has an area of 19,000 m² with a total floor area of almost than 17,000 m².

The distribution centre consists of a warehouse, a two-storey mezzanine and an office section. On site, 106 parking spaces and 13 loading bays are available. Besides facilities for (electric) bicycles, facilities for carpooling and electric car charging have also been taken into account.

The design certificate was obtained with a BREEAM-NL score Very Good. C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM assessor during this project.
