Necron NL B.V. is developing a four-star hotel at Schiphol Trade Park close to Hoofddorp train station, with direct access to the A4 motorway. This location offers fantastic transport links, such as Schiphol Airport within five minutes and Amsterdam city centre accessible in just 15 minutes.

Necron has appointed architect Renner-Suter from Switzerland and Rau Architects to design an iconic ellipse-shaped project on the plot. The hotel will have 240 rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant, spa and sports facilities. A parking garage will be built next to the hotel also in elliptical shape.
The Ten Brinke Group is responsible for building the project within time and budget. The opening is scheduled for 2021.

C2N has been appointed project manager by Necron, with the core task of ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with Deutsche Hospitality’s project requirements.
