The ITO & SOM complex consists of approximately 45,782 sqm of office space, 1,311 sqm for four retail units, 754 sqm of archive space and 4,133 sqm with other functions. ITO & SOM is interconnected and set up around a large courtyard. The complex is part of the Mahler4 area, the first project implemented as part of a plan for the area. All the functions of city life are integrated into it.

With a view to highlighting the sustainable value and quality of the building, the BREEAM-NL In-Use certification process was carried out. In this process, C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM In-Use Expert.
