Office building 400 was built on Beethovenstraat between Gustav Mahlerlaan and De Boelelaan. Unique are the office floors, which have large balconies facing south. Moreover, they can be arranged in countless ways, making the building ideally suited to the ‘new way of working’. A high-quality finish on the facade and interior gives the building a highly exclusive and sustainable appearance.

On 12 May 2014, Office 400 achieved the delivery certificate with a BREEAM-NL score Excellent. C2N fulfilled the role of Assessor during this project.
