This concerns an existing building and a newly completed building in 2022. Both logistics buildings are located in Roosendaal. The buildings were developed and used by Karpack, a producer of cardboard packaging. The properties were acquired by DIC Asset AG. For this transaction, C2N carried out the TDD in March 2022. C2N carried out the TDDs for both properties during the transaction.
