The renovation of the former Kas Bank and redevelopment into the W five-star hotel adds lustre to this national monument in Amsterdam. This is a large-scale renovation into a 66-room hotel with restaurant, spa, fitness and shops. It is an extension of the opposite W hotel with 172 rooms in an existing PTT telephone exchange, which is now also being transformed into a hotel.

On 24 May 2022, KAS bank was certified with the design certificate and achieved a score of Very good. C2N fulfilled your role of Assessor during this project.
