The Lightline building is part of BNP Paribas’ Dutch portfolio. As project manager, C2N is responsible for the phased renovation of the building, each phase varying between 600 m2 and 8,000 m2. The renovation of the remaining 5,000 m2 was completed in 2016.

The total renovation covers some 17,000 m2, partly single-tenant, partly multi-tenant. In addition, during the renovation, part of the building was converted into a restaurant for 300 people.
