L’Oréal Netherlands has leased the majority of SHARE Building. They are thus assured of a healthy and sustainable building in the green park environment of Park 20|20. Three floors are being renovated for L’Oreal’s headquarters, consisting of offices, a restaurant, a shop for staff and the Academy. For this project, C2N carried out the full guidance for BREEAM-NL and WELL.  Ambition for BREEAM is ‘Excellent’ and for WELL ‘Gold’.
