Development company De Monarch (a joint venture of Provast and ASR Vastgoed Ontwikkeling) have completed the second sub-plan of De Monarch.
Phase II of De Monarch comprises approximately 13,250 m2 LFA of high-quality office space and has been realized in the heart of the Beatrixkwartier in The Hague, to the right of the Monarch-CAK.

The architecture of the Monarch Tower is characterized by purist forms and optimal transparency. The triangular tower elegantly compliments its surroundings in the Beatrix Quartier, taking advantage of the surrounding views and became a new landmark for the neighborhood.

The building was designed by Meyer & van Schooten Architects and realized by BAM Utiliteitsbouw of The Hague.

On April 14, 2014, phase II of The Monarch was certified with the BREEAM-NL Completion Certificate with the score Excellent. C2N fulfilled the role of Assessor during this project.
