The City Offices building section is part of the New Babylon complex. This building section consists mainly of office spaces. There is a restaurant on the top floor (specifically for tenant TNO) and a shared conference area on the 2nd floor.

The New Babylon complex is easily accessible as it is located next to The Hague Central Station. From here, it is easy to take the tram, bus, metro or train to get to the location. The building also has a paid parking garage.The building has energy label A, making it very low in energy consumption.

On 13 february 2023 the BREEAM-NL In-Use certificate with score Very Good has been achieved. Achieved. Within this project, C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL Expert.
