Developed in 2012, the New Loft office building at De Passage 114-160 in Amsterdam is characterised by loft-like floors with high ceilings, making it highly suitable for open and creative office space. The building comprises over 7700 m² lettable floor space over eight floors and has energy label A+. It uses district cooling and district heating.

On 28 July 2021, the BREEAM In-use certificate was awarded with score Very good. C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL Assessor for this project.
