Commissioned by WDP Nederland N.V., C2N performed a full Technical Due Diligence on an existing renovated industrial hall that was delivered in 2018. The TDD concerns architectural and structural components, the building-related installations and the grounds. The total gross floor area of both buildings is 12,000 m2. The buildings are located on the Hanzeweg in Hasselt.
