Dokvast developed a new high-quality, sustainable distribution centre at Het Laar business park in Tilburg. The new building of NewLogic III consists of 3 interconnected distribution halls with mezzanine floors on two floors, suitable for storage and office expansion. For the distribution function, an office function is located on the right side of the building over four floors (ground floor and three storeys). In addition, on the first floor, the changing room for office and warehouse staff is located. The canteen is also located on the first floor. Between the docks in warehouse 2 and 3 is the central shipping office.

NewLogic III at Het Laar business park in Tilburg can call itself the second most sustainable building in the world in the ‘Industrial Building’ category.

Assessor Lizette van der Feer was thereby named “The Assessor of the Year 2019′ by the BRE in England on 4 March 2019.

On 16 May 2019, the BREEAM-NL New Construction delivery certificate with score Outstanding was achieved. C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL assessor.
