This new construction project is part of a large-scale development in Moerdijk, strategically located between the A16 and A17 highways. The project consists of an ultra-modern warehouse of over 100,000 m², featuring mezzanines spanning the full width at the front and rear. Each corner of the building houses a three-story office, ensuring an efficient layout and optimal use of space. The design of VGP Park Moerdijk Warehouse D&E is focused on sustainability and energy efficiency.

During this project, C2N served as the BREEAM Assessor. Both buildings have been certified with a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
