During the collaboration with WDP Netherlands, C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM In-Use Expert. In 2022, we began a pilot project certifying 16 logistics assets spread across the Netherlands. This portfolio of distribution centers and office buildings covers a total gross floor area (GFA) of over 500,000 m². The average score of the WDP Portfolio 2022 was BREEAM Good, with five assets achieving the Very Good rating.

This successful pilot marked an important first step towards sustainability certifications for WDP’s real estate.
