The New Build DC is located in Echt Susteren and will be completed in November 2021. The project comprises a distribution centre with office space totalling 100,000m² GLA.  The roof will be fitted with a PV installation of approximately 95,000m² in 2024 once the infrastructure in area is up to standard. During the acquisition in August 2020, C2N carried out a TDD on behalf of P3 Logistics, in the form of a Development Risk Appraisal.
