Altera Retail Fund – BREEAM In-Use Portfolio Retail

In 2018, Altera Vastgoed N.V. certified a large proportion of property holdings using the BREEAM In-Use methodology. These mainly concern shopping centres, residential boulevards, retail outlets and supermarkets that collectively form the Altera Retail Fund portfolio. In the recertification of the portfolio in 2021, C2N represented the role of Expert for a large part (67 assessments).

This involved the following assets:

• Rokade shopping centre in Utrecht
• Shopping centre Het Rond in Houten
• Shopping centre Zwolle Zuid
• Shopping Centre Marktplein in Wormerveer
• Parijsch Shopping Centre in Culemborg
• Shopping centre Sint Joris in Amersfoort
• Shopping centre De Bieshof in Dordrecht
• Shopping centre Kortelijnbaan in Rotterdam
• Shopping centre Stadshart in Zoetermeer
• Woonboulevard Kaap de Goede Hoop in Utrecht
• Brabantplein Shopping Centre in Uden.
