The ‘Monarch I’ site has developed into the prime location of The Hague and is situated between Utrechtsebaan and Prinses Beatrixlaan. The existing building has been renovated, with the structure being largely reused.

The renovated building has obtained the BREEAM-NL Final Certificate Excellent (****) on the first of June 2012. Meanwhile also the BREEAM-NL In-Use certificate has been obtained for the Asset component.
