The former post office on Spuistraat in Amsterdam has been transformed into a 5-star hotel, Palace Hotel (W Hotel) with 172 rooms. Public facilities such as reception, bars and restaurants have been realised on the top floor, offering guests panoramic views of the city. With the roof construction, the new public character of the building is visible to the city. In addition to the existing building, the Palace Hotel also contains the former Kas Bank.

C2N has fulfilled the role of BREEAM-NL Assessor. In December 2019, the completion certificate was achieved with a score Very Good.
