At Businesspark IJsseloord in Arnhem, construction combination IJsseloord 2 is building a new home for Louwman Arnhem and Lexus Arnhem. The new building location in Arnhem will allow the company to continue to grow and create jobs. Both car brands consider sustainability and low emissions of paramount importance. The new, sustainable building fits in seamlessly with this. This includes the use of solar panels, additional insulation materials and sustainable energy generation by means of an air source heat pump.

The BREEAM-NL Completion Certificate Excellent (****) was awarded on December 7, 2017. C2N fulfilled the role of Assessor during this project.
