This new construction project is part of a large-scale development in Moerdijk between the A16 and A17 freeways. This new construction project consists of a warehouse of approximately 100,000 m². On each corner of the building there is an office consisting of three floors.

In addition, all 3 buildings are gasless and everything is electric. That electricity is in turn generated by a PV system on the roofs, allowing each tenant to take maximum advantage of self-generated energy.

All three of these buildings have been certified with the BREEAM-label with a score of Excellent. C2N fulfilled the role of BREEAM Assessor during this project.
