This is an existing logistics building in Oosterhout with associated detached office building, developed by and occupied by de Graaf Logistics. For this transaction, C2N carried out the TDD in September 2022. In addition, an extensive ESG report was prepared as part of the transaction, including a CRREM analysis and a BRREAM In-Use scan. There is a wind turbine on the site which supplies energy to both the property and the grid. The site is also connected to the Prorail grid via a train track.
