On Meerlandenweg, the impressive new business park called De Loeten is currently being developed. This site will accommodate a sustainable distribution centre (DC) with an area of over 27,000 square metres.

It is with great enthusiasm that we share the good news that the first pile has been successfully driven into the ground. The start of construction of the new De Loeten distribution centre is obviously an important and festive moment for all parties involved. The project on Meerlandenweg was designed by Heembouw Architects on behalf of Ringmeer, NES Vastgoed and asset investor P3. The building will consist of offices, business premises and warehouses.

DC De Loeten will be certified according to BREEAM-NL guidelines. Work is currently underway to obtain the Design Certificate by the end of 2023. For this certification process, C2N fulfils an important role as BREEAM Expert commissioned by Heembouw. Our Expert supports and advises in the preparations for the assessment.

With the first pile, we have taken an important step in the realisation of the sustainable distribution centre De Loeten. We look forward to the rapid progress of this project and the positive impact it will have on the companies that will use it.
