The US tech company Uber has established its headquarters in the Tripolis Park in Amsterdam’s Zuidas district. C2N plays an important role in this redevelopment project as a BREEAM-NL Assessor.

The Tripolis Park is an innovative hub where various mobility solutions and technologies converge. Making Tripolis-Park sustainable has resulted in the BREEAM Outstanding (five star) score of 87.75% on the design certificate, with C2N in the role of Assessor. Currently, the work of the BREEAM-NL Experts and Assessor is ongoing to also successfully achieve the Completion Certificate.

Client Maxima Propco is also pursuing WELL Gold certification to enhance the sustainability character and also the well-being for the users. C2N has been appointed as WELL advisor on this project by G&S Bouw (contractor) and Bosman Bedrijven (the executive installer).
